The Dairy Plant:

A mechanical milking process is carried twice a day, in a modernized parlor with 32 cows capacity served at one time. The milk flows automatically through clean, (special stainless steel) sterile pipes to a heat exchanger set to maintain milk temperature at4 “ c before collecting it into insulated tanks to be pumped to the milk plant for filling and processing under a strict hygienic control. The plant is equipped with newly well know international brands for filling machines and subject to periodical maintenances program and updates.

The Dairy Farm:

To secure the health and quality status of the dairy cows, a strict hygienic system is adopted in the farm, the milking cows are selected from the well known international offspring heifers and are kept at Digdaga farm in specially - equipped pens with modernized international specifications and measures adapting to the local climatic conditions. A maternity pen is set aside for pregnant cows during parturition and there are other pens for new-born calves, growing calves and heifers. A professional veterinary team is taking comprehensive care and suitable preventative measure to insure healthy, high productive milking cows applying up-to-date technical methods and styles.

The Fodder Farm:

At Alhamrania farm in Ras Alkhaima, the green fodder and hay are grown to supply the dairy farm on daily basis requirements. We use water, the sun, Air and the fatal land to produce naturally fodder for our cows. A complete irrigation and mechanical system is adopted.
